A more hands-on partnership for contractors building toward bigger projects and long-term growth. Everything in the Standard Retainer plus:

   - Deeper involvement in operations and workflow improvement
   - Templates & systems documentation for future hires
   -  Assist with integrating or upgrading software management tools
